Founded in 2014, Sumatra Permata Gayo has its roots deep int he heart of the Gayo Highlands, Aceh, Indonesia one of the world’s most celebrated coffee origins. in its early journey, the company proudly served as an exporter for renowned cooperatives such as Permata Gayo Cooperative, kokowagayo, and musara pakat. after a brief pause between 2019–2021 due to regulatory challenges, we came back stronger in 2022 with a renewed management and vision: to empower farmers, elevate quality, and share the authentic taste of gayo coffee with the world. today, we partner with more than 520 dedicated farmers, cultivating over 41,690 hectares of fertile land in the highlands. this commitment allows us to consistently deliver unique flavor profiles that reflect the richness of Gayo complex, balanced, and memorable. gaining recognition among roasters and importers who value both quality and sustainability. with our heritage, farmer owned strength, and global network, we don’t just export coffee we share a story of people, land, and tradition, poured into every cup.
